so last night I decided to pull an all nighter, I had nothing else to do, and nothing else sounded like a better Idea. Especially since I had slept for 17 hours the day before, after a treacherous work week. Anyways, I decided to stay up and take photos of the 6:25 sunrise. It was a bit of a disappointment because the weather was overcast and foggy. Here are the results anyways. taken from my rooftop. I also think I scared some girl who came on the roof to smoke a morning cigarette, when she noticed me above her. She looked quite the hungover.
Later today, I decided to go for a walk. i took the L to 14th, go onto the 6 to spring street. Lollygagged around, weaving in and out of people. From there I walked all throughout the west village, found some awesome restaurants and bars to keep in mind, then I headed over to the meatpacking district, climbed to the Highline and took a few shots. From there I decided to walk all the way back to union square, were I stopped at traders and got some freshly squeeze 100% organic fair trade no pulp orange juice (or so they say) and then finally decided to walk down to the 1st avenue subway. and venture back to brooklyn.
